支持用户在无网环境下，也可使用区域AR/3D数据，保存并上传校核数据。有效避免因施工现场网络不佳，而导致的数据丢失，提高了移动终端应用场景的灵活性。
使用操作：
1. 下载离线包：在有网环境下，提前下载所需区域数据至移动设备终端。
2. 现场数据留存：在施工现场开启离线模式，可记录现场实施/校核情况至系统中。
3. 上传离线数据：回归有网环境后，及时上传离线数据，便可与项目成员分享数据。
